Swap magic 3.6 Plus Problem with video

Ok my problem is that i load up the game with swap magic 3.6 and it loads up the game fine and everything but whenever a game has alot of white in it the video of it seems to flicker just in some areas. Its not like in PAL mode. Its more like if the BANDAI symbol comes up it will be lines where the bandai symbol. I don't get this problem when i boot up a normal Ps2 game though...

BTW I have made my own set of keys
