i have just connected a wireless router to my ps3 and the message i get when i get when i try connect to the internet is connection to the server cannot be established,can someone please tell me what i am doing wrong here as i dont really know about computers as i am only new to them,my router has picked up the signal from the router but wont let me connect to the internet
hi,i am connected to the internet but it wont let me go online,it just reads about the server,i have my computer connected to the router and i am trying to go online with my ps3 wich i have downstairs with my hdmi tv,the ps3 has picked up the router but still no joy,do i need any cables at all running from my ps3 to browse the internet,it is driving me mad,ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh.thanks.
You may need to get more information about your router and how to access it through your computer and see if you need to enter a WEP key into your PS3... Either way call Sony, I've had fairly good luck with them over the phone once you get past the 40 computer voice operators : )
