i'm wondering if there is any problem playing backed up games online on a modded console. Does it work? and if nintendo detects that a backed up game is being used, what can happen?

Please search before asking things like this.

Backup games work fine online. Nintendo hasnt detected anyone playing backup games online and even if they did there dosent seem to be much they can do about it.
