Ripping music from a PS2 game (TCSOLA and TCNYC)?

Hi does anyone know how to rip the music from true crime streets of La and NY city (2 games) I really like the music on these games (especially NYC) here is a list of the disc contents:

A folder labeled Modules, nothing useful in there

DATA.PAK file(2.66 GB), I think the music is in this file along with the sound effects and everything else.

these 2 files are the spinning activision logos that play when you boot up the game

SLUS_205.50 50 file whatever this file is

system (1 KB shows up as a speed dial shortcut in windows.)

TC.ELF (ELF File 3.52 MB)

thats all, I'm actually after whats inside the DATA.PAK file because im after the music and the sound effects like the gun sounds pedestrian sayings car noises ect. and anything else useful to me like the cut scenes
does anyone know of a program that can open this data.pak file and view/extract the contents? im not interested in rebuilding this file like changing the songs. I just want to get the music and sound effects and anything else useful out of this file. I know i can either record from the line outs or just download the songs but i dont want to do either of those I want to rip the files myself now i somewhat succeeded by using game extractor but it was difficult to use and cube media player was too slow and didnt work much and was hard to find so if anyone knows how I can get what im after out of this data.pak file id really appreciate it and thanks for any help.

P.S. im posting a new thread b/c ive been on other forums where I was told the threads i posted on are 3 years old and that ppl moved on so this one is fresh
