not possible in your situation. you need wifi, which uses broadband, in order to use the psp internet.

also, you cannot watch youtube videos with the internet browser. you need the homebrew, psptube. so you need custom firmware.

Also did you ever play Halo 3 I need help I want those oline achievements but I don't want to go online.
