I think that you could use the analog stick to move, and the triangle to aim up the ex to aim down the square to aim left and the circle to aim right, and l and r to throw grenades and shoot and the directional pad to switch weapons.

Halo is an Xbox exclusive and I highly doubt that will be changing anytime soon.

No, Microsoft owns the rights to the game I think, or Bungie has an agreement with only them.
