UPMS Problem

When i try to go to game in the psp and start The upms installer or any other installer it will start up for 3 secs and will quit and give me an error message saying the game cannot be started.Is there somthing i can download to make it start.

What is the error message you are getting? Is it 8XXXXXX148, or 8XXXXXXX21? You are currently running custom firmware on your psp correct? If so, post back with the error number-and we can walk you through it.
