Help with CloneDVD Mobile to PSP

I'm trying to convert a DVD to my sons PSP using CloneDVD Mobile. I have followed the guide that I found here. It seems to convert correctly (after about 1 1/2 hrs) but then when I try to view it on the PSP under Video it says there is no video.

Can anyone help me PLEASE!!!
