my son bought a used game and he claims that the disc had the capability to connect him with yfix...and that he is playing people online only through a TV that is cable fed.my cable is also the my connection for internet is this possible?

So you two want to share an internet connection? If so you will be in need of a router.

thank you for the information that was helpfull...but my question was that he really believes he is playing someone else even though we don't have the playstation hooked up directly to the computer only a cable line...?
