Hi,
I've just tried the NTSC backup copy of Wii Ski on my NTSC-U machine (3.2U) with an openwii chip (firmware update 2.40) The game displays in the menu but i get the disc error message, please eject disc and refer to manual screen when i press start. My machine plays Mario Kart, funnily enough i run a PAL copy, when i tried the NTSC copy i got an error too. I've tried my copy of SSBB and Mario Galaxy and they work fine. Do you think the disc contains the same update as Wii Fit? I got the same message when i tried a wigionfree PAL version.

Any help would be great. cheers

Keep an eye out in the openwii forum for others having your issue HERE.

Wished I could give you more assistance but all I can say is it works 100% fine running ARGON 1.8 NTSC(U3.2) here.

Thanks for the reply. I have posted on that forum before (not with this problem though) but it seems because if you don't know how to use a programmer etc you are seen as some kinda outcast! I will post on there again (one last try) if i don't get any replies i'll just change my chip.
