Problem with recharging battery and turn on the psp.

Hello,

I bought PSP 3 days ago.

I have used charged battery and psp was worked. But the battery cannot be charged and the console never turned on with adaptor connected to psp.(Adaptor is came with console)

The adaptor's plug does not fully fitted to psp (about 5mm reamained)

My question is this is a console problem or adaptor problem?

I couldn't check with another adaptor because I ordered new adaptor and I'm still waiting for new adaptor.

sound like the adapter
if its sonys own one (not a fake) and was new with your psp then it will likly be the psp but check it with the new adapter first

I have this problem and I don't know this is console problem or adaptor problem.

plug doesn't fit to psp just fit 2/3


Adaptor came with psp

i think its the adapter because there is no way a psp could not allow a psp charger to charge it. but for now while your waiting for the new adapter open up that square part on it(if there are any ways to open it)and check for anything that seems out of place
