dvd video file compliance test failed ?????

I burn my DVD with clone dvd. I can see them using my burner (Pioneer vdr 106D) and the dvd player on my notebook, as well as my dvd player (codefree) however it is not possible on my other dvd player on the desktop (COMPAQ 8080B firmware free). Tried to burn with NERO but got the message "DVD files compliance....". Is this the problem? How can I fix that? Thanks a lot for your help.
