to get the pw and + signs use the star key(*) press it quickly and u will get it

Thanks for the code but didn't work, typed it in as you explained checked was correct added final # but nothing happened, no messages nothing, tried pressingthe call key to see if that would enter it but just says "Emergency Calls Only", any ideas?

some phones require you to put in an unaccepted simm card in other workds one that wont work cause the phone is locked

try borrowing a friends simm card who is on another network put it into the phone and try again....if it doesnt work please dont try again...u only have 5 free tries and after that phone is hard locked and only an unlocking cable can help you

I have a Nokia 6021 which I am having real problems with.

The phone use to work with an O2 sim card, unfortunately I don't have the same O2 sim card anymore so I tried to put in another O2 sim card and I keep receiving a security code request.

After digging about on the internet I found that I could enter in a master code to reset the security code but I have tried this but I keep receiving "Code Error". So I looked abit more and found that I could enter in another code which start with PW+. When I come to entering in the P, or W, or + nothing appears on the screen using the * key.

So I did some more researching and found if I changed the sim card to use a different network and try again this might work, so I put in a Vodaphone sim card and did the above again. Unfortunately I am still receiving the same results.

The IMEI number is : 359357006390828

Please could someone help me.
