try the first code first it shud work if not try the second
remove sim card and power on phone

enter the code provided and watch the screen if all goes well it should say phone restriction off

use the star key(*) to get the p and w and + by presin it quickly

please reply and say if it works

try this one last code if it doesnt work dont try any more codes u may hard lock your phone then if tha happens u have to get it professionally unlocked via an unlocking cable
