play xbox game rips of a thumb drive??

i seen that on ebay you can get a xbox usb thing.
i was just wondering if i could use that and use my flash drive as a storage device. put games rips on the flash drive and open it with my xbox softmoded.
is it possible?

No no and thrice no.. asked thousands of times over every console site on the net. It doesn't work like that.
