Hi, I want to know whether +R is better than -R or the other way around. Or are they both the same, just different manufacturer standards. If the latter is true, and since burners nowadays can use both +R and -R, which one of these two format is more popular?

I have had excellent results with Memorex 4X +R media. Quality media will prevent many headaches and give you consistant results.
