Hi,guys! Just got a backup of IronMan and Wii Ski - took the update from IronMan. Running a WiiKey from about 1 year ago (hasn't been updated to latest firmware). All previous backups played perfectly - suddenly getting "Unauthorized Device" and system freezes. I have to disconnect A/C to reboot. My Bro-In-Law had the same problem with IronMan, but not Wii Ski (using the new DC2 chip - if that's what its called). I searched the forums, but am kinda confused if its a Wii firmware issue or WiiKey issue. I normally use Nero to copy with a LGDVD-Rom and Phillips burner. Using Ritek DVD-R. Any help or direction would be awesome!
Cactus..I have exactly the same problem with IronMan and I did the 1.9s firmware update. It apparently took as it ended by saying "OK" but did not correct the problem..still have "Unauthorized Device"
Did you get your back-up to work and if so how? Any help will be appreciated...
Hey! I just tried the 1.9g update and IronMan started working fine. I've only played it for a few minutes afterward yesterday, but it looks good so far. You mentioned 1.9s update, maybe try 1.9g?
