I've copied many dvds without problems. Copyright protection is not the problem. for some reason I keep getting an error message when I try copying one specific DVD. It says Error reading Data. Reading Disc Failed
Can't figure it out. Here's my log:

KEY MEDIUM ERROR is usually an indication that your burner is not fond of the media you're trying to feed it. Sometimes this can be corrected by a firmware update, or by switching to a different type of blank media.
What movie are you trying to copy?
What process are you using to rip?

the movie is Disney's Enchanted.
I use the Nero software for copying and its worked many times before.
I only have one DVD drive. So I haven't put any blank DVDs in yet. I'm getting the error at the point when it's saving the DVD image onto my hardrive.

Quote: I use the Nero software for copying and its worked many times before.
Nero does not remove copy protection. It is capable of making a 1:1 copy of a non-protected movie.
Use the link iluvendo gave to find a good program to remove copy protection and rip the movie.
