hey guys, I have been forumming, and wandering about the web trying to make the whole wii game burning experience doable, but ive hit a few snags, and require sum help.
hardware specs.
AMD athlon xp 1.73ghz, 992mb ram (i no its getting old)
(with net framework 2.0)
samsung TSST Corp cd/dvdw TS-H5528
LG GDR 8162B (rips fine, if i dont do anything on my computer for 5 hours..)
I have used a variety of dvd writables, and have had success with metroid prime, ultimate boardgames, brick blox, pokemon revolution, mario kart, okami...all on bulkpack cheap dvd's.
I began to have problems with imgburn when burning other iso's such as zelda, iron man, mario galaxy, and a few others, and i probably wasted about 20 dvd's and to no avail, always the same write errors at ~ 98% burning on 2x. Thought the solution would be swicthing to the notorious verbatim brand..no luck
I consistently receive I/O write errors, and am not sure whether i should buy a new dvd writer, burn to dvd rewritables opposed to just writables, or just hurry up and buy a new computer
I had the same problem with my old computer. My probmlem was that the DVD burner didnt receive enough power. Unpluggin the maximum of other peripherals may help

thnx for the reply, but how would u instruct i go about doing that?
open your pc and take off the HD and dvd/cd drive you dont need etc, and keep only the booting harddrive, and video card, mouse and keyboard and of course keep the dvd burner:)
