LOADING KERNEL HELP !!!

I just updated my dbox2 with laky pro image, after rebooting, the lcd screen is just stuck on 'loading kernel'.

any ideas how to fix this, i need a tutorial for the IFA as its all in german, also thing is its my mates dbox2 i said i would update for him and i go an do this, lol.
i really need help guys.

hi mate ifa is really easy to use just search were the image is set the ethernet port and also you need the null cable to if you still need any further help pm me and ill send you some tuts etc
