So I got a new 360(arcade) 2 days ago, been having fun with my copy of GTA4, never really gave live, arcade or marketplace that much thought, but I decided to hook it up, didn't spend much time on it, but I did see some interesting things, problem is, even though some of these downloads are small all I have is a 256MB Mem unit, if I wanted to store any downloads right now, is the hard drive my only option, or could I use a usb storage device. I couldn't narrow down a answer on this site, and google wasn't much help. Thanks to anyone with answers.

you need an xbox 360 harddrive. the only thing you can do with a USB device is stream music or pictures.

the memory card isn't going to cut it if you want to download from Xbox Live
