Use WinHiip to dump Bin file into HDD?

hey i have backed up my street fighter ex 3 into a bin cue file. if idownload Winhiip and connect my HDD to my pc, can i transfer the bin file into my HDD? will HD loader recognize it when i run HDL from my memory card exploit? or do i have to convert the bin to iso first so that winhiip can recognize it? thank you for your expertise on this matter!

Yes WinHiip 1.7.6 will recognize your BIN File and transfer it as a CD Image file.

And yes your hdloader will recognize it.
