Alternate 3v3 power point?

Where are other locations on the board I can solder the 3v3 power point for a Crystal 2.0 SLE chip? I have a GH-022 Motherboard, think its V7. I heard that if you solder it too far it won't work. I have seen there is one on the other side of the board where I put my chip, but not sure. It looks like its one of the holes that doesn't have anything in it. On the board its near the back of the board where the GH-022 label is and the power plug is near there too.
