Video to PSP in Max Resolution

I have seen that the PSP max resolution now is 720x480. I want to convert my videos to the PSP in that resolution but I don't see any software that supports converting to PSP at that resolution. Can somebody point me to any software that converts, free or not it doesn't matter.

psp video 9 does and so does xvid4psp version 5. in xvid4psp its listed under 'MP4 PSP AVC TV'.

What settings should I use in PSP Video 9? The last time I did it I set it all to high and Firmware 3.40 (I'm on 3.93 Custom) and the PSP ended up saying "Unsupported Data"

try 'FW 3.30+ 720x480 768 kbps Stereo/128kbps' or similar settings. i've used it on this before and its worked for me :)
