Alright...so I came to the conclusion (being a complete noob with this stuff) that you can not run homebrews on the PSP slim with the 1.5 kernel, becasue it will only work on the phat psp.

So...besides the kernel, how else is there to run homebrews on the psp slim running 3.9 m33-3? What is this TimeMachine thing from alex?

There are some apps that are already 3.XX kernal. That means u can run on ur slim. If there is a certain app that needs 1.5, then there are two options for the slim

1. Use eloader (not all works)
2. Time Machine

Time Machine is like devhook. It emulates a psp fimrware on the memory stick. It will emulate 3.03 ( or something close to 3.03) that has 1.5 kernal. Or in easier words, it lets u play 1.5 kernal apps.
