OK, so I did the VSH menu thing, UMD USB option. I can get the file to copy over to a folder, but when it is done copying, it says:

ERROR: Cannot copy ISO99995 over to Folder, the volume has been externally altered.


How do I fix this? Its working fine except for that last part, I dunno how it was externally altered...
