I followed the instructions for the ways to do it ....

but all i got was error has ocurred an that obtaining the ip adress time had run out...

which i dont get as i followed everythink

try moving to a different spot that tends to happen if you do not have a high enough signal strength

If you're still having troubles, try deleting the history from your PSP. That will sometimes fix funky internet connectivity. You gotta delete the history from ms0:/PSP/SYSTEM/BROWSER I think. (ms0:/ is ROOT.)
