How do you download Cwcheats

I have 3.95 firmware on my psp and everytime I try to download it it dosen't seem to work I tried youtube see how i did exact same thing but when I turn it on and press r it just stays the same I not sure what to do plz some 1 reply

You need to install CUSTOM FIRMWARE before you can use CWCHEATS. See the guide in the stickies for info on how to do that.

When you have CFW installed, see THIS guide for info on how to install CWCHEATS.
