Recovery back to 1.5 from 3.90 M33 [PSP-Phat]

Help needed people!
I have a PSP Slim & a PSP-Phat.
Well, the PSP-phat has lived almost 2 years now...
And there is a huge problem with the [O]-Circle button.
The thing is.... the button doesn't work.
All u gamers out there know the Circle-[O] button plays a huge
part in games right? Even exiting menus' and stuff.

Sometimes, when i put the PSP-Phat into sleep mode & back on again.
The circle button works again! Well not perfectly.
After i reboot... Circle button can't work again.
Until now it doesn't work at all!

So i thought it could be corrupted? With the system/flash files?
I'm not sure... so i want to have a fresh firmware.
But i can't cause i'm at the highest CFW now= 3.90 M33-3
So i decided to downgrade it to 1.5

I tried using Pandora but it kinda failed....
i do not know what i was really doing but no brick fortunately.

In recovery mode, there's a function called:
Run program at PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/BOOT.PBP
or something like that....
Is there a recovery back to 1.5 Eboot that i can use with the function
For my PSP-phat? Please help =D

u need the recovery folder to do that. U cant just put the 1.50 update in there. Did u tried keycleaner forf your O problem?
