i just recently bought my psp a few days ago and i was wondering what i need to do to play downloaded games and read pdf files. its version 3.9....

iv read that i need to have 1.50 or 3.XX OE-X to play downloaded PSP games....where do i get that and how do i get it workin on the psp

any help would be appreciated

Check out the stickied threads at the top of the mod and firmware discussion forum.

You'll need pandora's battery and a magic memory stick - try googling these words for more info.
