ive seen alot about downgrading ofw 3.90 to 1.50 but i want to downgrade my 3.90 m33-2 cfw to 1.50 is it the same as any other downgrade or is there something new? thanks for all your help.

usually they make downgraders for certain cfw. When downgrading, make sure you are at the correct fw or you will brick the psp. Go here to check out latest psp goodies.
