Imgburn TOC problem

I have been trying to write my DVD files to disc for a long time now and I cant seem to get any program to work. Nero will not verify the data and Imgburn gave me this error:
Thanks to any that can help me out...

It could be the media. The Table Of Contents cannot be read. Can you post the full burn log?
99% of all problems are between the computer and the chair.

I do not know how to do that with Imgburn, but I can do that with Nero.
I have tried both Verbatim - and + R's. Neither seem to work...

Open ImgBurn.
Go to Help/ ImgBurn Logs.
Open the log file then copy the log and paste it here.
99% of all problems are between the computer and the chair.

This is an old laptop burner. Try burning at 2X. Have you tried cleaning the laser lens? It may be time for a replacement.
