What? Try to speak coherently next time so it's easier to get what you're asking. You can make the ISO and Game folders, go about it the same as if you were making one in windows (right click, new, folder, etc.). As far as homebrew goes it depends on what you want to play. ISO and CSO files are PSP games, seeing as how I don't condone pirating (well at least recent games) I and no one here will tell you were to get them. If you can't figure out where to get illegal music, movies, and games by now I think you should give up. Other homebrew doesn't require ISO's, just the program which you can find on various PSP related websites if you looked around the forums.

All you really need is the Game and Iso folder, at least as far as games and homebrew goes. More advanced things like IRshell will have instructions for you. So in the root of your folder make an ISO and Game folder. ISO will be for PSP games, Games will be used for emulators and other programs. If you have a Fat you'll need to make a Game150 folder.
Did you format it through the PSP? I'm pretty sure if you do it that way it has more folders...been awhile since I did it though. I know my Memory Card didn't magically make a Video and Music folder, among others.
Edit: I saved this link back when I modded my PSP, knew it would come in handy again.

It's a program that'll install a megaton of emulators on your PSP, it makes things a bit easier. Especially if you're not sure where things go. There are a lot of lousy emulators on there (not poorly coded, just lousy systems) that you can uncheck so it doesn't get installed (though it's very simple to delete single programs off your memory stick). There may be a newer version, I haven't checked as I haven't had a problem with any of the emulators.
And as always, if for some reason this program makes your PSP I'm not liable. All kidding aside, it worked for me and it had pretty much every thing. The only other emulators I had to find were daedalus (N64 emulator) and GPSP (GBA emulator). I'll let you find those yourself if you want them, Daedalus isn't a perfect emulator so it may not be important to you. There are various iterations of GPSP, so it depends on which coder you want to pick from.

Might wanna take back that reliable bit, I kinda messed up. Root is the first folder, or window (whatever you wanna call it) when you view your psp files.
So in the root you want to have:
ISO
Music
PSP
Picture
Video
If you think you'll be using plugins you might as well make a folder labeled seplugins. You'll need it for popsloader at the very least (if you intend to play PS1 games).
In the PSP folder you'll want to put the game folder. If you already placed it in the root you should be able to simply cut the folder and place it in the PSP folder. ISO and CSO games can go right in the ISO folder and play from there. Emulators and other programs will go in the game folder, each program will need it's own folder in the game folder (root>psp>game>'example')
It should look something like this:
Root>PSP>Game>(whatever programs you have)
I'm not sure what the other folders are for, you can ignore them if you want or delete them if you feel like it. If you have anything installed other than your custum firmware a program might be using it.
Sorry about the confusion in the last post. I work nights and I'm starting to get pretty tired.
Edit: Yes the picture you posted is the root

The files you have above on your Memory Stick are files used for the Magic Memory Stick. Since you have used that and the Tool Battery to install 3.71 M33 onto your PSP you can now delete those files and folders from the Memory Stick.
You should formate the Memory Stick via system settings on the PSP (DO NOT USE THE PC TO FORMATE). This will delete the previous files/folders that are not needed and create all folder directories onto the Memory Stick that you need to place games/emulators/homebrew in.
