I copied over a .pst file from my uncles original computer onto his laptop so that I could drag a few folders from one .pst to the other. After doing this, Outlook won't allow for emails in the deleted items forlder to be permanently deleted. It is due to "some unknown error." If anyone has come across this before or might know what to do, I appreciate the help. I figured out a way around the contact issue, but it might give a hint as to what needs to be done about the email problem. Thanks
