Im very new at all this PSP firmware and all sorts. Well i have had it a day and downgraded from 2.50 to 1.50. and then i could play scummvm and snes emulators. then i tried to play my back ups using devhook and it worked, but i tried to play another one of my back up games and it needed to system update. well i read somewhere to install PSP 3.52 M33. Now all my back up games work. But no scummvm or emulators. it keeps saying the game could not be started (8002014C). Can someone help me please, Iv read somewhere about a program called Kernel 1.5. but what is it. Im a bit dubious with somethings because i don't want to brick my PSP. Please help me before i have a nervious break down.

yea your need the 1.50 kernel update if you have a fat psp you can get it from dark alex's website. If you were able to get to cfw the 1.5 kernel should be np for you but i suppose everything has a risk of bricking but id say the pros beat the cons greatly gl ^^ also if your and the slim and you found an emulator that wont work you could look for a new version that does ir i recommend you try eloader 1.000 by noobz or if that wont even work dark alex's time machine

does kernel 1.5 work with 3.52 m33 psp? Do i need to upgrade to M33-4? Its a PHAT PSP.
