Is it possible to downgrade the PSP Slim with the old Pandora Battery I used to downgrade my PSP Phat? The battery downgrades my PSP Phat to 1.5. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes you can use a FAT pandora on a SLIM PSP, however you cant downgrade a slim to 1.50. use THIS guide to make a magic memory stick which will install custom firmware 3.71 M33-2 to your PSP. You can then upgrade to newer CFW's. From there you will be able to run home brews,play iso's etc.

So let me get it straight all i have to do is make my memory stick have the 3.71 M33-2 custom firmware files and I don't do anything to the Pandora battery? Now if I do put these files on my memory stick will I still be able to downgrade the phat psp to 1.5? Thanks. Your info helped.

So you already have a pandora battery yes? of you do, just follow the guide to install CFW to your SLIM. When your done, you can use the pandora on the FAT again if you want.

Make sure you follow the guide exactly though to avoid any problems.

Okay so I used my other memory card and installed the 3.71m33 files on that memory stick, from the guide you told me. I did not do anything to my old Pandora Battery. Now one last question, if i get my slim put in my old Pandora battery, my memory stick with the 3.71m33 files, will I be able to put custom firmware on it? Thank you for all the help you've been great. Just curious when the PSP slim was released what firmware did it come with.
