Anybody know where to find a good guide for using norton ghost to backup and restore images to a windows xp machine?

Yeah i've tried the google searches and i couldn't find any good ones. They are not as specific as i would like. I'm looking for something that goes step by step, starting with backing up the hdd to an image. Then, booting off a cd and restoring the image. I know the procedure, i just the specifics.
