A while ago I purchased a Pandora Battery Phat with a MMS. It downgraded my PSP Slim fine even though it was a fat, but when upgrading to 3.90 M33 i accidentally upgraded it to 3.90 official firmware.
I had since put other files on the MMS supplied, but not removed the old ones it came with as a MMS. I tried to downgrade again and got a bricked PSP. It would not unbrick. I made a new MMS using the Newbie Installer program, and nothing happens when I put the TOOL battery and MMS in. I put the MMS in first and everything. Please help me.
UPDATE:
When i Put the tool battery in, the MS light flashes for about 2 seconds then the screen stays blank.
When I first downgraded, the screen was always black but the MS light flashed like crazy for about 5 minutes during downgrading when it worked, and the WLAN light flashed to. I thought I woudl put that in case it meant anything.
back up anything you want to keep on your MS, then format it. Then make the MMS again using THIS guide. You will need to us a card reader though, as you cannot use your PSP to connect vua USB due to the brick.
