i am loading my adsl software from its original install file and it works fine on my laptop, but when i load it on my pc tower the drivers, adsl software etc. load fine but it doesnt load the network connection file needed to connect to my provider.

i found the .ins file used to install this connection, but when i double click it i get a "unable to process the internet signup file" error.

need help please
