Ok basically i wanted to know if i can mod my psp slim, its version 3.95 and if i do, can i update so i can have my features back like skype?

Yes you can you just need to use a Pandoras battery and a Magic Memory stick. Then after just upgrade to a 3.95 m33 ?. I don't know the latest release of the 3.95.

Use THIS guide to move to Custom Firmware, or THIS link if you have a friend with a PSP already in CFW.

3.90 M33-3 is the most up-to date M33 firmware, but i would personally recommend 3.71 M33-4.
