ok i need to recover my computer soo i needed 2 dvd cds to do that....so i got the dvd cds from one of my family members and when i tried to write the recovery on the first cd it came out perfect. but the second one i had problems with it, it just spins in the dvd tray inside my computer and it doesnt read the dvd cd. WHAT should i do!!

PS: i dont know if this helps but there is a layer round the second cd on the back and not the first one.

you can try to clean your disk! you clean an DVD/CD by taking a non abrasive cleaner that doesn't leave a residue (eye glass cleaner) and a lint free cloth and apply the cleaner to the disk and rub from the inner circle to the outer rim in a straight line. try to clean the that layer off the disk ...... then when the disk is dry see if the disk will work!
