I am thinking of buying a xeno top gear for my xbox 360, but the xeno top gear website only provides a installation instruction but no flashing tutorial instruction. can somone please provide a full flashing tutorial for the xeno top gear with backing up original firmware and how to flash with new firmware.

do yourself a favor and dont buy that. though it isnt the worst product in the world, the advantages dont make up for what you pay for it. isnt very easy to flash any drive without a xeno top gear or blaster 360. i recommend looking up textbook 2008. its a "flashing for dumbies" pdf book for every drive. very simple. very easy to follow. nothing against the companies that make those products, but i really dont fell they are worth it. you can find it by typing this address into your address bar without the quotes.... thx very much but i am a total noob at xbox 360 flashing and etc. so i am still thinking of buying the xeno top gear since i dont hav to take the case apart if a new firmware is release and i can also back up real games too. so anyway thx

well, so be it. If you really want to use it, the best tutorial i have seen for them personelly was on youtube. i dont remember exactly what it was, but if you search youtube for xeno top gear or blaster 360 flashing tutorial you should be able to find a few videos. good luck.
