If you had a Wii,and didnt know what chip you had fitted inside,anyway of finding this out?,or do you have to open the console,and if so,is that easy to do?
reason i ask,i just bought one,and dont know what the hell is inside it,and the owner doesnt know either

go to Wii Chip and type in your serial number it will narrow down the types. It not that hard to open just need a 3wing screwdriver lots of help out there on websites
