WinXP AVI's some playing slowly

I have many AVIs on my pc - all DV avi's play correctly but some AVIs using "CinePak Codec" play slowly (like at 75% speed or less).

The AVI in question is 412 by 382 pixels, 25 fps, 24Bit - is this a valid video size.

Also have tested the video on 3 other computers and it plays correctly.
