PSP usb transfer rate

I want to ask what is the normal transfer rate. Mine seems to be always at an average of 200KB/s (kilobytes).

It's too slow for me, is there any way I can speed up the transfer rate?
Also aren't usb devices capable of 60MB/s (480Mbs)?

should be 5mb

im getting about 1.4mb out of a fack 4gb and 5mb on a real one

usb2 has a max speed of about 11mbps which i manage to get from pc hdd to archos hdd but with flash its about 5mb

if you have a old machine it may be usb1 which is a lot slower but its unlikly as i bet you have vista
