Need some info about modding God of War psp

I was wondering if anyone knows what firmware the God of War bundle that comes out Tuesday ships with, and if so if this: http://www.divineo.com/cgi-bin/div-us/zz-psp-btslim2 in combination with using TOTAL Newbie easy Installer for Pandora by Xi-Bit on the memory stick will work for modding it.

Also once that is used, would I be able to upgrade to the newest custom firmware without a problem?

That's irrelevent, isn't it, since all new PSP's can't be used to make Pandora batteries, but can still use them if they're pre-made. You can create the MMS with the system, just need to buy a pre made battery.

ok thanks, I didn't know that, today is the first day I started looking into how to mod the psp. I just wanted to make sure that it would work before I go and buy the battery, didn't know if it mattered on firmware or not.
