Can't Sign into Games for Windows (Gears of War)

Hello I got this game for my laptop in January my laptop barely runs it (have to lower the graphics down) and I am having trouble connecting to Games for Windows Live.

It was working fine a few weeks ago but my USB wireless dongle stoped working. Witch means I could not connect to the internet on my laptop. So I bought a new one (completely different from my old USB wireless dongle) but I just tried to sign into GoW online on my laptop but got an error the error code is: 0x80151919 I have searched this error code and could not fined what it meant not even on the games for windows site.

So am guessing this new wireless dongle is stoping me playing GoW or signing into Games for windows. I can brows the inter not on my laptop perfect but just cannot sign into GFW. If anyone can help please do thanks.

Check your firewall and see if it is stopping GOW from access the net.

I dont know what firewall you are running, but the best thing to do is check your firewall rules and applications and see if it says blocked, if so then make it a custom setting to allow always.

Hi I have had a look at all this port settings and noting is working still this is what it says when I look at the Live results.

Network Connection - Wireless Connection
Internet Ip Address- Not signed in
local ip - ***********
System link - ********
PC account - Not signed in
UPNP - Not signed in
PCID - Not Available


So can anyone help me.

The way it looks...your not signed in to your account with XBOX live.

If your having issues with XBOX live the I would contact there support.

When I type in my uername and password it then gives me the error code then signs me in offline with my account.
