My friend and I are both running 3.40 OE-A, and we are trying to play Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories multiplayer. Unfortunately, everytime we try, we get disconnected.

And the way, this is all legit. I actually bought the UMD, but lent it to a friend. So until I get it back, I'm using the .cso file.

Try uncompressing it into a .iso. Sometimes the compression gets in the way.
