Let's say I got the game early, and played it and got acheivement points on my regular profile..but i forgot to disconnect my box from LIVE..
am I going to get banned? I disconnected my xbox from the internet ever since I realized what I did..
whats going to happen? :(

Three FBI agents will come to your house. Two will hold you down while the third tickles the shit out of you.
But seriously, there's a lot of people who get originals and play them early. MS can't tell, only based on achievements, who has originals and who has backups.
So if they can't tell you're using a backup, you're alright.

well, my guess is that they wouldnt be paying attention to something like that. although, i would be more curious as to how you got the game "early". i assume you mean before the official release. i dont see microsoft caring about it too much. as they rolly dont go around looking for that sorta stuff. But um.... you might consider not doing whatever it is you did to get it early, as i beleive, atleast in the states, that it is a serious crime.

That's a whole different topic. All I said was only based on achievements. You said you got some, and that's what I was responding to.
No one besides MS really knows their detection methods for backups. So there's know way of knowing just how "stealth" the backups really are.

Nothing is goin to happen . i do that to all my games. I know someone who works in gamestop and gets me the game before it comes out. what could $m do, absoutly nothing!I think I'll play Niga Gaiden 2 tonight!

Oh, here's a better one gears of wor 10000 kill glitch. What did $m do to those people who got the achievement by glitching it. Nothing absoultly nothing! They talk about doing something but never follow through. You know why, $m doesn't want to loose you as a costumer
