I want to share file wirelessly with laptop that have wireless and with desktop that have wireless card and with O2 phone which have wireless too.

ok.....so your saying that you want to setup an adhoc connection with your laptop, your desktop or your phone so you can transfer files between them? Do you have custom firmware?
